Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they are processed for shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for store credit on unworn, resalable earrings within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, as well as all other jewellery items (excluding earrings), cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Ensure the item is securely packaged. Do not indicate the contents on the package for security reasons.
  4. Ship the item to our return address using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Store Credit

  • Issuance of Store Credit: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a store credit will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
  • Usage: Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website and do not expire.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: Items can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value within 30 days of purchase. Contact our customer service to facilitate the exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately.
  • Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit for defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.
