Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they are processed for shipment.
 
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for store credit on unworn, resalable earrings within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
 - Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, as well as all other jewellery items (excluding earrings), cannot be returned.
 
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
 - You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back.
 - Ensure the item is securely packaged. Do not indicate the contents on the package for security reasons.
 - Ship the item to our return address using a trackable and insured shipping method.
 
Store Credit
- Issuance of Store Credit: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a store credit will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
 - Usage: Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website and do not expire.
 
Exchanges
- Exchange Process: Items can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value within 30 days of purchase. Contact our customer service to facilitate the exchange.
 
Return Shipping Costs
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection: Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately.
 - Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit for defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.
